Product Description
Everything you need to list your REO. Up to 24 pictures including FRONT, ADDRESS VERIFICATION, REAR, MAJOR ROOMS and MAJOR DEFECTS, if any. Also includes MAJOR ROOMS measurements.
Pictures are high resolution JPEG delivered via email Next Day. Order RESIZE option to get resized pictures ready to upload. Most commonly requested size is LARGE (640 X 480 pixels, approx. 200Kb/picture). RESIZE fee is per property ordered.
Order with LOCKBOX_SIGN option if you need your lockbox and sign installed at the property. We will arrange to pick up your lockbox and sign from you or your office.
Using the Shopping Cart, provide your contact info and list the properties’ full addresses including zip code in the ‘Comments’ section before checking out.
